TERMS OF SERVICE: ABOUT TIME MOBILE OIL CHANGE
By using the services of About Time Mobile Oil Change. (hereinafter "Abouttime"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING You agree that if you cancel, reschedule or are unavailable for your service appointment with less than 24-hours' notice, a $29.99 cancellation fee will be charged to your account or credit card. If our technician is en route or on-site when you cancel, an additional $19.99 late fee will apply.
If you are unreachable or your vehicle is unavailable when the technician arrives, a $19.99 late fee applies. If you remain unreachable, your appointment will be cancelled 15 minutes after the scheduled time, and both the late fee and cancellation fee will be due. Refunds for cancelled, rescheduled, or missed appointments will be issued as account credit unless authorized by management, and processing fees may apply.​
2. ACCESS, PREPAREDNESS, AND PERMISSIONS You agree to prepare your vehicle for service 15 minutes before your appointment, with the vehicle parked in a safe location, its engine and hood facing outward, unobstructed, and easily accessible.
For tire changes or installations, Abouttime technicians will not retrieve wheels and tires from structures or storage racks. You must have your wheels and tires within 3 meters of the vehicle or inside it at the appointment time. Failure to do so may result in appointment cancellation and associated fees.
You must obtain the necessary permissions from property owners or managers for Abouttime to operate at the service location. If Abouttime is removed mid-service due to a lack of permission, your vehicle may be disabled, and service visit fees will apply.
3. DISTRIBUTION OF KEYS You agree that vehicle keys will only be returned to the person who provided them to the technician, and you will not have access to your vehicle's interior while the technician possesses the keys.
4. PERSONAL PROPERTY Abouttime is not responsible for valuables or personal property in your vehicle during service. It is your responsibility to remove such items before the appointment.
5. MANUFACTURER REQUIREMENTS Abouttime will service your vehicle according to its manufacturer's requirements unless you request otherwise. If you request the use of lower-grade oil or parts, you assume responsibility for any resulting issues or damages.
6. FLUID CONSUMPTION You acknowledge that all internal combustion engine vehicles consume some engine oil by design, and you must monitor your vehicle's oil levels regularly. Abouttime does not estimate oil consumption rates when providing service interval recommendations.
7. OWNER/LESSOR RESPONSIBILITY As the owner or lessor of the serviced vehicle, you are responsible for ensuring it receives necessary services as recommended by Abouttime technicians and the vehicle manufacturer.
8. REFUSAL OF SERVICE Abouttime reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to staff, has outstanding unpaid invoices, requests service on a vehicle deemed unsafe, requests service in an inappropriate or unsafe location, or violates any of the aforementioned terms of service.
9. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abouttime, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of Abouttime's services, your breach of these Terms of Service, or any negligence or wrongful conduct by you or anyone acting on your behalf.
10. FORCE MAJEURE Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Service due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or governmental actions.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Abouttime is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of Abouttime's services shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as agreed upon by the parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms of Service, together with any other agreements or policies referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Abouttime regarding the use of its services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE Abouttime reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, and any such changes will be effective upon posting on Abouttime’s website or other notification to you. Your continued use of Abouttime’s services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
