About Time Mobile Oil Change is committed to ensuring the security and privacy of your data and personal information. For this reason, About Time Mobile Oil Change does not retain any customer data on its websites, servers, or electronic devices.

​How we use your data

By submitting a service request and accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to allow About Time Mobile Oil Change to contact you by telephone and e-mail with respect to your services and appointments. We do not sell, market, or share any of your data or information to other organizations or individuals. Barring service reminders, we will not use your data to market or sell additional services or products. 

We do keep service records for each customer. At customer request, this information can be permanently deleted.

How It works.​

  • 1 - Select Your Mobile Auto Maintenance Service

  • 2 - Tell us when and where you'd like the service.

  • 3 - Arrange a key pickup with our Technician

  • 4 - We service your car & send you the receipt

We won't be using any no-name off-shore oil. If we wouldn't put it in our car, we wouldn't put it in yours. We only use premium name brand filters and Full Synthetic lubricants.

You can be sure that our engine oil meets the criteria of the American Petroleum Institute (API).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RIGHT TO REPAIR

About Time Mobile Oil Change (AboutTime) shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, towing charges, vehicle recovery, or any damage to persons or property, arising out of or in connection with parts, components, or systems not directly serviced by AboutTime.

In the event that a customer believes an issue has arisen as a direct result of workmanship—including but not limited to abnormal vibration, fluid leaks, or engine irregularities—the customer must immediately discontinue vehicle operation and notify AboutTime without delay. Continued use of the vehicle after the onset of symptoms may result in denial of any warranty claim or remedy.

AboutTime retains the exclusive right to inspect and diagnose the vehicle to determine the root cause of any claimed defect or failure. No third-party repairs, modifications, or assessments shall be authorized or reimbursed without the prior written consent of AboutTime. If the issue is determined, in AboutTime's sole discretion, to have resulted from its workmanship, AboutTime will perform corrective repairs at its own expense. AboutTime shall not be responsible for repairs conducted by any other party, unless expressly approved in writing in advance.
